Digital products and licenses
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a Practical Packet gives the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the included materials for their own client work or internal business use.
You may edit templates for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, republish, or package the original or substantially similar product files as your own product or resource library.
Intellectual property
Site content, product text, original templates, branding, graphics, and other original materials remain the property of Practical Packet Co. or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
Quoting a short excerpt for commentary or linking to a public page is different from reproducing or redistributing the underlying product files.
Purchases and third-party checkout
Current product checkout and delivery are handled through Gumroad.
Prices, taxes, payment processing, receipts, and some transaction details may therefore be handled by Gumroad under its own terms and policies.
