Refund Policy
Practical Packet Co. sells downloadable digital products delivered through Gumroad.
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, completed digital-product purchases are generally treated as final once the files have been delivered or accessed.
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

If a download is missing, corrupted, duplicated, or otherwise not delivered as expected, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
When to contact support
Please contact Practical Packet Co. if:
you were charged more than once for the same purchase
the purchased files are missing or corrupted
the download link does not work
you received the wrong product
another clear delivery or transaction problem occurred
Include the email address used for the order and enough detail to identify the purchase.
Change-of-mind refunds
Because Practical Packets are downloadable digital products, refunds are generally not offered simply because a buyer changes their mind after the files have been delivered or accessed.
Please use the free sampler, product description, included-content list, and FAQs before purchasing if you want to evaluate the format first.
This does not override consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same transaction or a payment error occurred, contact support with the purchase email and transaction details available to you.
Practical Packet Co. will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with Gumroad or the payment provider.
Technical delivery problems
If the product was purchased successfully but the download cannot be accessed, support will first try to restore access or provide the correct files.
A refund may be considered where a genuine delivery problem cannot reasonably be resolved.
Gumroad purchases
Current Practical Packet purchases are processed and delivered through Gumroad.
Payment processing, receipts, taxes, transaction records, and refund processing may involve Gumroad and may also be subject to Gumroad’s own policies and technical processes.
Practical Packet Co. may need the email address used for the Gumroad order to locate a purchase.
Free resources
Free resources do not involve a purchase price and therefore do not have a purchase refund.
If a free download link is broken or the file is unavailable, report it through the Contact page so the delivery problem can be fixed.

Use the Contact page and choose the product/download support option.
Please include:
the email address used for the order
the product name
a concise description of the problem
whether you were able to access or download the files
Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.
